3 Bedroom Flats for Rent in Badda

Living in Badda — Neighborhood Guide

Badda is a large and rapidly developing area in eastern Dhaka, increasingly popular among tech company employees, middle-income families, and students attending nearby universities. The area is divided into North Badda, South Badda, and Aftabnagar — a planned residential sub-area developed by RAJUK with modern infrastructure. Badda has seen rapid commercial development, with IT parks, corporate offices, and shopping centers emerging in recent years. Proximity to Gulshan and Bashundhara R/A makes it an affordable alternative to those premium neighborhoods. The Hatirjheel Expressway passes through the southern edge, providing quick access to Tejgaon and Farmgate.
